STUDENT BENEFIT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We support Colombia's talent. We designed this exclusive benefit so that the educational community across the country can access an efficient, eco-friendly and affordable transportation alternative.
1. PURPOSE OF THE CAMPAIGN
EVOBIKE sets out these terms and conditions to govern the promotional campaign consisting of a five percent (5%) discount on the purchase of selected electric vehicles. The goal of this campaign is to make sustainable, smart and affordable mobility easier for Colombia's student community.
2. ELIGIBILITY AND EXTENDED COVERAGE
The benefit is available to active students in higher education programs (technical, technological, undergraduate, specialization, master's and doctoral programs) who present a valid, current institutional ID card.
Accreditation requirements: Present a valid, current institutional document proving active student status (physical or digital ID card, enrollment certificate for the current term or a system-generated enrollment payment receipt).
The benefit is personal and non-transferable, applicable only to purchases made by the holder of the accredited document.
3. CHANNELS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
• Valid at official EVOBIKE physical points of sale nationwide and through our official corporate online store.
• The 5% discount will be applied to the retail price (PVP) before VAT, fees, registration or optional traffic procedures.
• This discount cannot be combined with other promotions, commercial vouchers or special clearance sales currently in effect, unless expressly stated otherwise in the advertised offer.
4. RESPONSIBILITY AND TRAFFIC REGULATIONS
In compliance with applicable Colombian legislation (Ministry of Transport regulations and the National Traffic Code):
• Minors (from 16 years of age) may ride electric vehicles and bikes as long as they meet the applicable legal requirements.
• The user is responsible for strictly complying with traffic rules, including mandatory use of a safety helmet, reflective clothing during the established hours and respecting speed limits.
• EVOBIKE promotes responsible riding and civic culture, and disclaims any misuse or violation committed by the rider.
5. VALIDITY AND RESTRICTIONS
• This campaign will be active throughout the month of August, inclusive, or while promotional stock lasts. EVOBIKE reserves the right to extend or modify the validity period with prior notice on its official channels.
• Does not apply to institutional or wholesale purchases, nor to accessories, spare parts, replacement batteries or workshop/maintenance services.
• EVOBIKE reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the documents presented. Any falsehood or inconsistency will result in the immediate loss of the benefit.
6. EXCLUSIONS
• Does not apply to corporate, institutional or wholesale purchases.
• Does not apply to accessories, spare parts or maintenance services.
• Does not apply if the ID card is expired, damaged or not institutionally valid.
7. ACCEPTANCE
