Each territorial entity or municipality sets its own specific regulations governing use, permitted riding areas and, crucially, the mandatory registration of the electric Velmpu on the official mobility platforms. It is important to note that this procedure refers to mobility registration and is not equivalent to registering a motor vehicle.

It is the sole responsibility of the user to check and comply with local traffic laws and policies before using the product.

All users are strongly advised to check local regulations to register their electric Velmpu on the mobility platform or system for their area or municipality.

Registration offers multiple advantages. First, it provides security, as it makes it easier to identify the owner in case of theft or loss. It also contributes to infrastructure development, helping to plan suitable bike routes and charging points.
