Terms and Conditions of the Evobike Águila Giveaway

1. Organizer
The giveaway is organized by Evobike, located at Carrera 7 #32-29. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by TikTok, Instagram or any other associated platform.


2. Duration
The contest begins on February 24, 2025 and ends on March 8, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. (local time). Participants must meet all requirements before the end date to be considered for the giveaway.


3. Participants

This contest is open to all persons over 18 years of age residing in Colombia who meet the requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions. Employees and persons connected with the organization of this giveaway may not participate.


4. Participation Requirements
To participate in the contest, participants must follow these steps:

  • Follow Evobike's official accounts on TikTok (@Evobike.colombia) Instagram (@Evobike_colombia).

  • Upload a video on TikTok using the Evobike song and doing a dynamic activity (dancing, jumping, etc.).

  • Tag the Evobike account (@Evobike.colombia) in the video uploaded to TikTok.

  • Please note that only profiles of real people will be considered (pets, anime, cartoons, recaps, etc. do not qualify)


Fake accounts will not be considered as participants, as it is not possible to verify that they belong to adults. This is done to prevent breaches of the terms and conditions 


5. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected based on the number of views, likes on their TikTok video. The video with the most engagement will be the winner. The drawing will take place on March 13, 2025 and will be announced on Evobike's social media (@Evobike.colombia).

  • In addition, the prize must be claimed by the person who appears in the video, who  must match the video's profile and present an identity document to verify they are of legal age.
  • Winner selection: please note that videos must not be promoted through TikTok ads to gain more reach; reach must be organic to ensure fair competition.


6. Prize

The prize consists of one Evobike Águila, a popular Velmpu model on the market.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or for any other product or service.

  • The winner will be announced on March 13, 2025


7. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted through a direct message on TikTok (@Evobike.colombia)


8. Authorization to Use Content

Participants authorize Evobike to use the content of the uploaded video for advertising purposes on social media and other platforms, without additional financial compensation.


9. Liability

Evobike is not responsible for any damage, loss or harm suffered by the winner or participants during the giveaway. Furthermore, it is not responsible for the delivery or operation of the prize if it is affected by circumstances beyond the company's control.


10. Changes

Evobike reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the contest in the event of force majeure or unforeseen events that prevent it from running normally.


11. Acceptance of the Terms

By participating in this giveaway, participants fully and unreservedly accept all the terms and conditions set out herein. Any breach of them may result in the participant's disqualification.

12. Personal Data Protection

Personal data provided by participants will be handled in accordance with current data protection legislation. This data will only be used to run the contest and deliver the prize, and will not be shared with third parties without the participants' prior consent.
